2. Compliance with Social Media Terms: You agree to use our website in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by each social media platform as stated in their respective Terms of Service.
3. Pricing and Rate Changes: Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. However, the terms outlined here will remain in effect even in the event of rate adjustments.
4. Delivery Time: We do not guarantee a specific delivery time for our services. We provide our best estimation for order delivery, which is typically within 0-48 hours. If an order exceeds 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel it.
5. Service Modifications: In our effort to meet the expectations of our resellers, we reserve the right to change the type of service if we deem it necessary to fulfill an order.
6. Promotion Only: Our platform is intended solely for the promotion of your social media accounts with the aim of enhancing your online presence.
7. Interaction Not Guaranteed: While we guarantee the delivery of the followers you pay for, we do not guarantee that these new followers will engage with your content. Interactions are dependent on user behavior and preferences.
8. Account Completeness: While we strive to ensure that all accounts have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, we do not guarantee 100% completion of these account details.
9. Content Restrictions: You are prohibited from uploading any content to our panel that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for social media communities.
10. Refill Protection: If your page had 100k+ followers/likes/views prior to ordering from us, our refill protection policy does not cover any losses you may experience. This applies even if you order a refill service from us, as it is not possible to determine the source of the lost followers/likes/views.

Important Guidelines

• Trial First: Before requesting a service you haven't used before, try it with a small quantity (100 or 200). Once you see it works without issues, you can request any quantity you desire. If it doesn't work, we won't be able to cancel it, so please test with a small amount first.
• Public Accounts: Ensure the account is public, not private, before requesting any service.
• Correct Links: Verify the link before placing an order. For followers, provide the account or page link. For likes, provide the post link. For views, provide the video link.
• Avoid Duplication: Do not submit the same link twice before the first order is completed.
• Execution Time: Order execution can take from 30 minutes to 12 hours, depending on site traffic.
• Order Follow-Up: If 12 hours pass without the order starting, contact support to review the order (only if it hasn't started, not if it's incomplete).
• Service Description: Read the service title carefully before placing an order. Some services do not offer a guarantee and may fail over time, indicated by "No Refill."
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for deficiencies in these low-cost services labeled "No Refill."
• No Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel it unless there is an issue, in which case it will be canceled automatically.
